Who You Will Talk To

Trendmoments Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. When you send a request, it goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business, and they are the one who will contact you, visit your home, and do the work.

If you request a callback, your call is routed to a provider who may be able to help. Availability varies, so ask about timing early.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give you a useful quote.

• Which project interests you: a walk-in tub or a tub-to-shower conversion?
• How big is the bathroom, and where is it in the house?
• Who will use it, and do they need a seat, wide entry, or grab bars?
• Is the floor a basement slab, wood framing, or something else?
• What are your plans for timing?

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

You are hiring someone to work in your home. Ask plainly.

• Are you licensed and insured for this work in my state?
• Is your quote in writing, and what does it include?
• Who handles permits, plumbing, and cleanup?
• How long will the work take, and how much of the bathroom will be out of use?
• What does the product warranty cover, and who honors it?

Costs vary by job. Get a written quote before you decide anything.

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. Compare two or three quotes. Take time with your family. Say no if it does not feel right.
